CURRENTS: 716 will kick off our inaugural season under new leadership. With special support from the Golden and Goldman Philanthropic Fund, Alleyway has commissioned fifteen local playwrights to create solo performances that will be filmed on location in sites across the Queen City.
A combination of short sketches, monologues, poetry, ASL, and dance, CURRENTS: 716 will take audiences on an eighty-minute ride across our region into the distinct and diverse lives of Western New Yorkers during this extraordinary moment.
